As restrictions start to lift and a new world and way of working is revealed, business leaders will need to re-assess their strengths, opportunities, challenges and priorities. It’s important that you have a rock solid plan and team in place to help reinvigorate your business and ensure its success in the new world. 

Here are a few tips to help with planning your next team strategy session:

• Consider booking a facilitator so that your entire team can focus on being active participants in the session.

• Ensure that your session is structured with clear objectives and an agenda. 

• Make sure that the session is focused on working on the business not in the business. Think big picture not day-to-day tasks!

• To encourage the free flow of new ideas ensure there is time allowed for brainstorming, general chit-chat and ideas. 

• Get out of the office / home and off Zoom. A change of scenery helps increase productivity and mood.
